At NATURE TARGET, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. We believe you will be satisfied with our product quality and service, but if you encounter any issues, we make returns as simple as possible.
We accept returns for 60 days after delivery on items ordered from our website. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naturaltarget.us. Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. To ensure a damage-free return, we ask that you send the item back in its original packaging.
If your item is not what you expected due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide a no-charge prepaid return label. For returns that are outside of our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label, but we may deduct the return shipping charge as well as a restocking fee from your refund.
If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@naturaltarget.us with a picture of the damage. Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement item within 2 business days. You won’t need to return the damaged item.

Receive Notification or Prepaid Shipping Labels:
We will reply as soon as possible regarding your inquiry or complaint, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund request.
Print Shipping Labels, Pack the Item, and Send It Out:
If your return is approved, please print the return label we send to you and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
Place the item in its original packaging and seal the box with tape. Items must be returned undamaged with all original parts included. We do not accept returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or altered in any way.
Arrange for your return package with your local post office, and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned items.
Receive Your Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 8 business days.

What if I need to return or exchange but it’s been over 70 days?
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges that are overdue. Please unwrap the box as soon as you receive it to check the quality. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform your delivery representative and contact us.
